The views from our room were breathtaking, yet
the room itself felt a bit outdated. I appreciated the cleanliness and helpful staff. Being right in the heart of downtown was a plus, but modern amenities would have really enhanced the experience.

The views from my room were absolutely stunning. I could see the water and the historic Creek Street, which added so much charm. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. they helped with everything from airport pickups to local recommendations for dining. The room itself was cozy, with a comfortable bed and all necessary amenities, including a coffee maker. I loved lounging on the private deck to watch the seals. On the downside, the entrance had a shabby feel with its back staircase, and the internet struggled a bit at times. While the room was on the smaller side, it was clean and perfect for my stay.

The food scene around here is a delicious treasure trove! I devoured some mouthwatering salmon at Upcreek Salmon, just a skip away. Not to mention, the charming atmosphere of the Creek Street Cabaret added a sparkle to our evening. Plus, the views from our Queen Room were simply stunning! Can't forget to mention the warm, helpful staff—truly a highlight!
While the entrance felt a bit shabby with its back staircase, it didn't kill the vibe. The internet was a tad quirky, but who cares when you're surrounded by scenic beauty? Still, everything shined like a polished gem in Ketchikan!

We enjoyed exploring the narrow channels around the stunning islands nearby! Staying here was like stepping back in time, with charming historical buildings and an exceptional team that guided us through Ketchikan's must-see spots—kudos to Brittany for her warm hospitality!
For dads, it would be great if there were more family-friendly entertainment options.

What I loved most was the stunning view from our Queen Room! We saw eagles flying and the tide coming in. The location was perfect for walking to all the shops, but the entrance could use a little love. 🦅

Had a fantastic time exploring the narrow channels and rocky coastlines around the neighboring islands. The location was a short walk to great food and entertainment. The staff was super attentive and the entire atmosphere was cozy. Highly recommend checking out the local cafes and enjoying the historic views!
The rooms can be a bit small, and noise from neighboring guests might be an issue if you’re looking for absolute quiet.

I had an amazing time at the hotel! The cozy fireplace in the lobby and the beautiful garden area made my stay so relaxing. Just a heads up, it was a bit tricky finding a nearby grocery shop for snacks, but it didn’t really dampen my experience. 😊
